SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At HEADLOK, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. Here are our policies regarding shipping and delivery:
1. Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. In case of any shipping delays, our team will promptly contact you.
2. Shipping Fees: Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Delivery Confirmation: We ship all orders with delivery confirmation and/or tracking to provide you with the utmost peace of mind.
4. Responsibility for Tracking: Once an order ships from HEADLOK, the responsibility for tracking the package lies with the customer. We are no longer responsible for the status of the package once it leaves our warehouse, as it becomes the carrier's liability.
5. International Orders: For international orders, please be aware that the customer is responsible for any additional fees, duties, and taxes that may apply based on the laws and regulations of their respective country.
6. Washington State Orders: If you are placing an order from Washington State, please note that sales or use tax may be due on certain purchases. Washington State requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase, as mandated by the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are our policies regarding returns and replacements:
1. Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item unless the item is marked as final sale.
2. Condition: To qualify for a refund or exchange, merchandise must be in its original unused condition. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. For return authorization, please email us at HEADLOKUSA@gmail.com.
3. Return Shipping: When returning an item, use the prepaid shipping label provided by us, and the return shipping fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.
4. Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to evaluation by HEADLOK, and a restocking fee may be charged based on the condition of the item(s). Please note that final sale items are non-returnable and do not qualify for exchanges.
5. Refunds: All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and credit card fees, within 7 business days from the date of return.
6. Lost or Mishandled Packages: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. In such cases, please file a claim with the carrier.
